What began as a collaborative college project has grown into a full IT and cybersecurity practice serving clients across finance, healthcare, government, and technology. Our founder set out to build a company that treats security as a first-class concern, not a line item added at the end of a project.
That principle hasn't changed. Every engagement, from custom application development to AI governance, starts from the same place: understanding the real risk before proposing the solution.

SteelBinary is led by Shivaditya Singh Tomar, who brings over a decade of cyberdefense experience across government agencies, educational institutions, healthcare providers, and financial technology companies. His background spans secure development, incident investigation, and penetration testing for Fortune 500 companies. He holds a Master's degree in Cyber Defense from Dakota State University and a Bachelor's in Computer Science, and serves on technology advisory boards including one at California State University.
